Terms and Conditions
Reserve your seats by paying, in full or a 20% deposit, with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express by booking the required tour through our online system. If you choose the 20% deposit option, full payment is due 14 days prior to departure.
Due to the nature of operating in ocean wilderness areas, tours may be modified or cancelled. Sea Wolf Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel any expedition for adverse weather, mechanical or logistical problems, or unforeseen circumstances which may impede trip operations or safety. Should the tour be cancelled, a full refund will apply if you cannot reschedule.
In the event that you should cancel with more than 14 days notice to us, a full refund of your payment will be given. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip departure date, we will retain 50% of the payment unless you can find a replacement person. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for your protection in the event of illness. If you cancel within 24 hours of the trip, or if you do not show up, we will take full payment.
Assumption of Risk Waiver
For all tours, each client , will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk Agreement before embarking on the tour. The day that you book may be a windy day, with a bumpy ride home and not recommended for people with neck or back problems, pregnant women, persons with osteoporosis, nor very young children. 5% GST tax is not included in the posted prices.
Extra Fees and Surcharges
$15 cultural stewardship fee is not included in the posted prices.
