- To protect your investment, Sea Wolf Lodge strongly recommends purchasing travel, trip interruption, and/or cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

Flexible Day Tour Tickets
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- If you must cancel your tour with 14 or more days notice of your tour’s departure date, a full refund is provided
- If you must cancel your tour within 14 days of your tour’s departure date the full amount of the tour is non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be received by email.
- In the event Sea Wolf Adventures has to unexpectedly cancel or delay a tour, for reasons such as high winds or mechanical failure, guests will receive the option to re-schedule or to receive a full refund. Please note, expenses incurred by guests in preparing for a cancelled or rescheduled tour i.e. travel, hotel. etc. remain your responsibility.

*** LODGE PACKAGES *** Payment and Cancellation Policies
Lodge packages include all meals, guided tours, transportation to wildlife and cultural sites, and evening activities. Guests are responsible for fishing licenses, gratuities, and personal items. When booking, please let us know if you have any health concerns or special dietary needs. Also, if you have any allergies, we must be notified before arrival.
4-days/3-nights Packages
Our standard all-inclusive Lodge Package gives you 4-days of activities and 3-nights of accommodation at Sointula Resort.
- Cost: $5,333 CDN + GST (per person, double occupancy). Children 10-16 years old would be 60% of the regular per-person cost.
- Deposit: 25% at time of booking
- Balance Due: Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 91+ days: Full refund of deposit.
- 61–90 days: Deposit non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future booking.
- 31–60 days: 50% refund of total package price.
- 0–30 days: No refund.
- Duration: Four days and three nights.
- Guests: Maximum of 12 for the 2025 inaugural season.
- Inclusions:
- Lodging in comfortable cabins.
- All meals and alcohol from arrival dinner to departure lunch.
- Guided wildlife and cultural tours.
- Evening storytelling and optional activities
- Transportation to viewing areas and cultural sites.
- Salmon stewardship fee ($100 per person)
- Not included in pricing:
- Applicable Government Tax (5% GST)
- Items of a personal nature (telephone, laundry) while at the lodge. There is cell service.

*** ALL BOOKINGS *** Assumption of Risk Waiver
For all tours, each client will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk Agreement before embarking on the tour. The day that you book may be a windy day, with a bumpy ride home and not recommended for people with neck or back problems, pregnant women, persons with osteoporosis, nor very young children.
*** GIFT CERTIFICATES ***
Gift certificates are valid for two years. At that time any remaining balances may be extended or refunded to the credit card used to purchase the gift certificate. Not redeemable for cash. Subject to tour availability Redeemable online, by phone, or in-person.

Sea Wolf Adventures plays a huge role in protection and conservation in our territory and salmon restoration is one of the conservation efforts we push forward for success. A salmon stewardship fee will be added on each booking to make sure we maintain this very important work. Salmon are Life!

Yesterday while travelling up island, I couldn’t help but remember what role Telegraph Cove played for the beginning of Sea Wolf Adventures. Gordie was very kind and supported the cultural vision and allowed us to open up and start our tourism journey in the summer of 2013. After we were done our grand opening ceremonies, Gordie Graham, the owner of Telegraph Cove , said some very powerful words that supported cultural tourism. Telegraph Cove was a huge part of our beginning and we want to pay tribute to this beautiful place. North Island tourism is at a huge loss and we must do everything we can to come together, as north Islanders, to rebuild the legacy. We will do everything in our capacity to help with this and support Gordie and his family!
